Further development and expansion of core universal banking businesses
NOMOS objective is to become one of the leading independent universal banks in Russia. Thats why bank focuses on developing its activity in four main areas of the banking business, namely: investment banking, corporate banking, private banking and retail banking.
NOMOS has been successful in maintaining a strong position in all of these areas by offering contemporary services to its customers on a swift and efficient basis, using advanced technology.
NOMOS aims to pursue its objective by pursuing the following principal strategic initiatives.
Key Strategic Priorities
- Further Develop its Banking Services for Corporate Customers.
- Increase Lending to Retail and SME Customers.
- Expansion of retail/branch network.
- Improve NOMOS Asset and Liability Profile and Enhance its Capital Base.
- Priority in developing banking products with higher profitability.
- Increase share of fee business: retail, private banking, brokerage, M&A, debt capital market, trade finance etc.
- Develop an International Network with Other Financial Institutions.
- Enhance NOMOS Customer Orientation.
Key Strategic Targets
- Assets to exceed $8.5 billion by 2009.
- More than 30% of assets allocated in regional network.
- Maintenance of CAR at the minimum level of 11%.
- More than 120 points of sale including 21 full-format branches by 2009.
