Management and Organization

NOMOS’ governing bodies are the General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Supervisory Board, the President and the Management Board. Russian law, NOMOS’ Statute and, to the extent allowed by the Statute, NOMOS’ internal documents, set out specific requirements applicable to the formation and functioning of each of the governing bodies.
