Management Board

The day-to-day management of NOMOS is carried out by the President of NOMOS and the Management Board of NOMOS. The President of NOMOS is the Chairman of the Management Board ex officio and acts on behalf of NOMOS without any express grant of authority. The Management Board decides on issues such as the organisational structure of NOMOS and its branches, consideration of the results of NOMOS’ business activities and approval of compensation to staff. The Management Board meets at least once every two weeks. The Management Board’s meetings are called by the Chairman or at the request of a member of the Management Board.

In April 2006 the Supervisory Board of NOMOS-BANK approved a new composition of the Management Board. As a result the number of Board members decreased to the five people listed below. This step was taken in order to optimise the decision making process at the senior level. These key members are each responsible for five main areas of business: strategy development, corporate banking, investment banking, retail banking and finance management.

Dmitry Sokolov
President

Mr. Dmitry Sokolov (1962) is the President of NOMOS-BANK. He is also the Chairman of the Management Board and the Chairman of the Financial Committee. He has held these positions since 2005. Prior to this Mr. Sokolov was the First Vice President and the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of NOMOS from 1994 to 2005. Mr. Sokolov is the chief executive officer responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the bank.

Irina Gordeeva
Deputy President

Mrs. Irina Gordeeva (1957) is the Deputy President of NOMOS-BANK. She is also the Vice Chairman of the Management Board and the Chairperson of the Credit Committee. She has held these positions since 1996 with the exception of being the First Vice President. She was Senior Vice President of NOMOS from 1996 to 2005. Mrs. Gordeeva is responsible for general corporate banking administration, including customer relations, lending activity, and international business among others.

Victor Tyutin
Senior Vice President

Mr. Victor Tyutin (1967) is a Senior Vice President of NOMOS-BANK and a Member of the Management Board. He has held these positions since 2004. Prior to these positions Mr. Tyutin was the Chief Accountant and Member of the Management Board of NOMOS from 1995 to 2005. Mr. Tyutin is responsible for financial monitoring, treasury as well as accounting and analysis of banking operations in the Bank.

Alexander Royko
Senior Vice President

Mr. Alexander Royko (1968) is a Senior Vice President of NOMOS-BANK and a Member of the Management Board. Mr. Royko is responsible for operations that involve project finance and leasing. Pior to joining NOMOS-BANK in 2002 Mr. Royko was responsible for finance management of a large Russian printed media distribition agency.

Vladimir Rykunov
Financial Director

Mr.Vladimir Rykunov (1968) is Financial Director of NOMOS-BANK and a Member of the Management Board, a position he has held since 2009. Mr .Rykunov is responsible for general finance management and planning. From 2009 till 2010 Mr.Rykunov was the First Deputy Chairman - Chief Operation Officer, OJSC “Bank Petrovski” (formerly OJSC Bank VEFK). From 2008 till 2009 Mr.Rykunov was an Adviser to President of NOMOS-BANK (OAO). From 2006 till 2008 Mr.Rykunov was Chairman of the Board, Sobinbank. From 1997 till 2006 Mr.Rykunov was Deputy Chairman, MDM-BANK.

Vadim Yuriev

Mr. Vadim Yuriev (born 1974) is senior vice president of NOMOS and a member of the Management Board. Prior to joining NOMOS in 2010, Mr. Yuriev was deputy CEO in CJSC «Russian Standard Bank» from 2009 to 2010. In 2009, Mr. Yuriev was head of Moscow Branch of OJSC «Rosbank». From 2007 to 2009 he was CEO of CJSC «IpoTek Bank». From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Yuriev was head of Retail Department of OJSC «Rosbank». From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Yuriev held the position of senior vice-president — director of retail department of OJSC «Alfa-Bank». From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Yuriev was deputy head of economic department. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Yuriev was deputy head of economic department of the Administration of Murmansk Region. Mr. Yuriev graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in 1996.
