NOMOS-BANK buys out Eurobonds for 35 million Dollars
NOMOS-BANK has carried out pre-term repurchase of a part of 2 issues of its Eurobonds due in 2009 and 2010. The total buy-out volume, amounting to circa 10% of each issue, was 35 million Dollars.
The Bank has available liquidity, and we decided to support our debt securities under the current circumstances, stated Roman Pivkov, Head of NOMOS-BANKs Investment Block.
Three issues of Eurobonds are presently in circulation, including one subordinated issue. The issues have different maturity dates and total USD 450 million. NOMOS Capital Plc., a company that was registered in Ireland specifically for that purpose, issued the securities.
The latest issue of NOMOS-BANKs Eurobonds took place in early February 2007. The securities were placed in the amount of USD 200 million with a three-years circulation period and semi-annual coupon payments at the rate of 8.1875% per annum. The issue was assigned Â+ credit rating by Fitch and Ba3 by Moodys. Irish Stock Exchange is the principle trading venue for NOMOS-BANKs Eurobonds.
