NOMOS-BANK redeems coupon one of Series 11 bonds

NOMOS-BANK has paid coupon income for the first coupon period of Series 11 bonds (individual state registration number: 40702209В of 12.08.2008).

The bond holders received coupon income in the amount of 74.79 Roubles per each bond based on the coupon annual interest rate of 15%. The total amount of income paid on the first coupon was 373.95 million Roubles.

NOMOS-BANK Series 11 bonds totalling 5 milliard Roubles with a 5 year maturity were placed on 8 July 2009 at the price equalling 100% of their face value. The first coupon rate was determined at the time of placement.

3 issues of NOMOS-BANK bonds are presently listed on MICEX — including Series 08 and Series 09 bonds, as well as Series 11 bonds. The aggregate nominal value of all three bond issues is 13 milliard Roubles.

In addition to Russian bonds, three issues of NOMOS-BANK Eurobonds are presently in circulation (two senior bonds issue and one subordinated issue). The latest Eurobonds issue for 200 million U.S. Dollars was placed in December 2009 with maturity in 2012.
