NOMOS-BANK redeems Eurobonds for 200 mln US. Dollars

NOMOS-BANK has redeemed timely and in full a Eurobonds issue for an amount of 200 million U.S. Dollars. The Bank also paid the last (sixth) semi-annual coupon under that issue in the amount of 8.1875 million U.S. Dollars.

NOMOS-BANK carried out the placement of its 3-year Eurobonds in the form of loan participation notes (LPN) for an amount of 200 million U.S. Dollars in late January 2007. In the course of the placement the coupon’s rate was set at 8.1875% per annum.

Two issues of NOMOS-BANK Eurobonds are presently in circulation — one subordinated issue and one senior issue. The latest (senior) issue for an amount of 200 million U.S. Dollars was successfully placed in December 2009 with maturity in 2012.
