Vladimir Rykunov becomes Financial Director and Member of the Management Board of NOMOS-BANK

The present appointment of Vladimir Rykunov to this position has been earlier approved by Moscow Main Territorial Division of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

His priority objectives on the new post will include further improvement of the financial accounting and planning system, as well as improving key performance indicators of the Bank.

Vladimir Rykunov has an extensive work experience in the banking sphere. Since 1992 he was member of the Management Board of “Gloria” bank. In 1996, he joined MDM-Bank as Head of Client Services Division, and was promoted to head the Settlement and Operations Department in the same year. In 1997, he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of MDM-Bank. In 2006, he assumed the post of Chairman of the Management Board of Sobinbank.

In 2008, Vladimir Rykunov joined NOMOS-BANK to become Advisor to the President of the Consulting and Analysis Service under the President and the management Board of the Bank. Since 2009 — First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board — Executive Director of VEFK Bank (which was later renamed to “Petrovskiy” Bank).
Vladimir Rykunov was born in 1968 году in Moscow. In 1991, he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State Institute (MGU) with a major in “Economics”. Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics).
