NOMOS-BANK pays the fourth coupon of Series 08 bonds

NOMOS-BANK has paid coupon income for the fourth coupon period on Series 08 bonds (individual state registration number: 40402209В of August 23, 2007).

Bond holders received coupon income in the amount of 74.79 Roubles per each bond based on the 15% annual interest rate. The total amount of income paid for the fourth coupon is 224.37 million Roubles.

NOMOS-BANK’s Series 08 bonds for a total amount of 3 milliard Roubles and with a 3-year maturity were placed on 20 February 2008 at par value. The rate of the first coupon was determined at the placement. On 4th February 2010 the interest rate on coupons 5 and 6 was fixed at the level of 9.5% per annum, which equals 47.37 Roubles per one bond.

Three issues of NOMOS-BANK bonds are presently in circulation — Series 08, Series 09, and Series 10 for a total amount of 13 milliard Roubles. The latest placement (08 September 2009) included Series 11 bonds totalling 5 milliard Roubles. The APY (yield to put) of the 11th issue as compared to the offer of 12 July 2010 is currently circa 8.3% per annum.

In addition to Russian bonds, one senior issue and one subordinated issue of NOMOS-BANK’s Eurobonds are currently in circulation. The latest (senior) issue totalling 200 million U.S. Dollars was successfully placed in December 2009 with maturity in 2012.
