Oleg Yushkov to head NOMOS-BANK Small Business Department

Oleg Yushkov has been appointed as Director of NOMOS-BANK Small Business Department. In his new position he will supervise the issues related to the development of “Small Business” direction at the Bank, including the improvement of the sales system, penetration of new products to the market, and, as a consequence, the increase in the Bank’s market share in the corresponding segment.

“Presently, the principal task facing NOMOS-BANK Small Business Department is to move from product-based approach to comprehensive servicing of the clients, — notes Oleg Yushko. — In the future, we plan to make changes in small business credit products toward increasing their terms and maximal amounts, as well as preparing new non-credit offers”.

Oleg Yushkov has extensive experience working in the banking sphere. He began his career as consultant at the Small Business Support Fund of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which he joined in 1998. In 2004, he was transferred to the position of the Fund’s regional coordinator for Southern Urals. In 2006, he became Managing Director of Client Services Department at ZAO “Vneshtorgbank Retail Services”. In 2009, Oleg Yushkov moved to NOMOS-BANK to head the Division for Small Business Development and Lending.

Oleg Yushkov was born in 1968 in Chelyabinsk Region. In 1991, he graduated from Chelyabinsk State Technical University.
