NOMOS-BANK Branch in Novosibirsk has opened a credit line with a limit of 450 mln U.S. Dollars for NPO “ELSIB” OAO — a leading manufacturer of heavy electric machinery. The credit line is provided for 2 years, during which the enterprise can obtain tranches of funds for up to 1 year. The purpose of the finance is to replenish circulating capital.
