Viewrock repurchase agreement

Viewrock Limited has entered into a repurchase agreement relating to 4.8744% of Nomos Bank. Viewrock confirms that the transaction is a short-term financial market transaction and that it has no intention to permanently reduce its overall holding in the Bank.
