NOMOS-BANK’s corporate loan portfolio up by 72% in 2007, while its corporate deposit portfolio soars by over 330%

NOMOS-BANK increased its corporate loan portfolio by 72% to 125.34 milliard Roubles in 2007. The amount of funds that the Bank received from corporate customers as deposits grew over the same period by over 330% to reach 24.85 milliard Roubles, as of 1 January 2008.

According to Irina Gordeeva, First Vice President of NOMOS-BANK, the increase in the loan and deposit portfolios is due to the Bank’s “efficiently taking advantage of market trends and conditions, energetically developing its regional branch network and developing a line of products and services for corporate customers”.

Thus, NOMOS-BANK launched an “Express Loan for Business” in autumn 2007, which allows corporate clients to borrow up to 75 million Roubles with a minimal credit approval term — only 2 working days following the submission of the documents package.

NOMOS-BANK opened 13 new regional offices in 2007 bringing their total number to 39. The Bank approved a new a large-scale regional network development programme, which provides for opening up to 30 new branches and 25 supplementary offices in 2008.
