Bretislav Tikhanek appointed as Director of NOMOS-BANK’s Department of Investment and Banking Products Sales

In his new capacity, Bretislav Tikhanek will oversee the Investment and Banking Products Sales Department and have responsibility for the development of new products and services in the sphere of financial markets.

Bretislav Tikhanek has a 13-years background experience in financial markets. In recent years, his responsibilities included Forex and money market transactions, deals with interest rates derivatives, fixed-income instruments, and structured products.

Bretislav Tikhanek was involved in structuring innovative deals for Central and Eastern European countries, including the first issue of 20-years bonds in the region, as well as a large number of deals with derivatives of pioneer nature for developing markets. In the past years, Bretislav was advising many companies on hedging strategies for developing markets, and assisted international investors in searching for better alternative investment options in emerging markets.
