OAO “NOMOS-BANK” bonds issue placed in full, coupon rate on coupons 1—2 is 9.33% per annum

On 20 February 2008, NOMOS-BANK carried out the placement of its Series 08 bonds with a total volume of 3 milliard Roubles at par value. The issue was placed in full. The placement took place at MICEX Stock Exchange via open subscription. A tender to determine the rate on the first coupon was conducted on the date of the placement. Investors’ bids were in the range of 9.25 — 10.0% per annum. Based on the outcome of the tender, the annual interest rate on coupon 1 was fixed at 9.33%. According to the decision of the issuer, the rate on coupon 2 will be equal to the rate on the first coupon.

The total amount of coupon income to be paid for the first and second coupon periods is 279.12 million Roubles. The coupon income on one bond per one coupon period is 46.52 Roubles. NOMOS-BANK was the arranger of the issue, and AKB “SOYUZ” — the co-arranger of the issue.
