NOMOS-BANK redeems first tranche of USD 150 million syndicated loan
NOMOS-BANK has redeemed the first tranche of the syndicated facility obtained in March 2007 for the provision of finance to the Bank’s clients engaged in the production of gold. The first redeemed tranche amounted to USD 91.75 million.
The USD 150 million facility was obtained in two tranches with maturity periods of 12 and 18 months. Standard Bank Plc, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich è Société Générale became the arrangers of the loan. Over 35 lenders partook in the deal. The second tranche will be redeemed in late September 2008.
