“NOMOS-BANK” (OAO) completes placement of Series 09 bonds

The placement of NOMOS-BANK’s 9^th bond loan for a total amount of 5 milliard Roubles was carried out on MICEX Stock Exchange on 20^th June. The securities were placed in full.

The placement took place on MICEX Stock Exchange via open subscription in the form of a tender to determine the rate of the first coupon. 81 bids were made during the tender, and the total demand exceeded supply and reached 6,235,200 Roubles. The range of rates on for coupon one was from 9.25% to 9.80% per annum. Most of the bids were within the range of 9.30% and 9.75% per annum.

The rate on coupon one was fixed by the issuer at 9.75 per annum (48 Roubles and 62 kopecks per bond), the second coupon will bear the same rate as the first. The rates on coupons three to ten will be determined by the issuer. The bonds’ effective interest rate in relation to the annual offer is 9.99% per annum.

The issue of NOMOS-BANK’s Series 09 non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bonds payable to bearer with obligatory centralized keeping was registered at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on 24 January 2008 and assigned the individual state registration number — 40502209В. The period of circulation (maturity) is 5 years.

Fitch Ratings assigned to NOMOS-BANK Series 09 bonds “A-rus” rating.
