NOMOS-BANK fully redeems coupon one of Series 08 bonds totalling 139.56 million Roubles

NOMOS-BANK has paid 139.56 million Roubles against the first coupon of series 08 bonds. The return on the coupon will be 46.52 Roubles for one bond. Thus, the Bank has fully discharged its obligations with respect to the redemption of coupon one.

The placement of Series 08 bonds totalling 3 milliard Roubles took place in February 2008. The issue was placed in full at par value. The rate on coupons one and two is 9.33% per annum.

Three issues of Rouble-denominated NOMOS-BANK bonds totalling 11 milliard Roubles are presently in circulation. In June 2008, NOMOS-BANK placed Series 09 bonds totalling 5 milliard Roubles. The rate of the first two coupons is 9.75% per annum (48 Roubles and 62 copecks per each bond), the effective rate to annual offer is 9.99% per annum.

NOMOS-BANK also plans two new placements — of Series 10 and Series 11 bonds — for a total amount of 5 milliard Roubles each.
