NOMOS-BANK extends a RUR 400 million loan to GK “Eleks-Polyus”

NOMOS-BANK has provided finance in the amount of 400 million Roubles to GK “Eleks-Polyus”, a subsidiary of OAO “Avtovaz”, which is an authorized dealer of a number of Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese car makers.

The term of the loan is 12 months, purpose — replenishment of circulating funds.

The extension of the loan represents the first stage of the interaction between the Bank and GK “Eleks-Polyus” Group of Companies. In the future, the two partners envisage further advancing their co-operation: in addition to the provision of finance, settlement and cash-desk services, NOMOS-BANK intends to offer lending programmes for individual customers for the purchase of automobiles from GK “Eleks-Polyus”. The Bank also plans to carry out a payroll project for the employees of the companies that form part in the group.

NOMOS-BANK possesses experience in working with car dealers: the Bank is implementing similar projects with OOO “VIP-Auto” and GK “U.S. Impex”.

“Eleks-Polyus” Group of Companies is one of the largest chains of car showrooms and service centres in Russia. It is an authorized dealer of LADA / VAZ, GAZ, UAZ, IZh, SENS, UZ-DAEWOO, KIA, HYNDAI (TAGAZ), FIAT, ISUZU, FOTON. At present, the company has in Moscow eight car showrooms and four service centres, as well as five rental locations of LADA vehicles. Besides Moscow Region, the company has branches in Saint-Petersburg, Ufa, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, and Tolyatti.
