Russias NOMOS-BANK RAS net profit down 26% on yr in Jan-Sep
The banks net profit plummeted 87.2% on the year to 239 million rubles in July-September due to an increase in risk provisions caused by a rise in the banks loan portfolio and a revaluation of its securities portfolio.
In January-June, the banks net profit amounted to 3.047 billion rubles, the bank said earlier.
NOMOS-BANK, established in 1993, is currently one of the largest Russian private banks providing a full range of financial services. The bank is involved in corporate, investment, and private banking, as well as retail services.
