NOMOS-BANK redeems club loan for $47 million and 5 million euro

NOMOS-BANK has redeemed annual club loan for $47 million and 5 million euro, says a press release of the credit institution.

ICICI Bank UK and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) acted as joint arrangers of the loan.

A limited group of investors from Middle and Near East and South-East Asia countries partook in the facility. The loan interest rate is LIBOR+0.7% per annum.

As was reported earlier, the Bank redeemed in March and September two tranches of a syndicated facility totalling $185 million — for $91.75 million (12 months) and $93.25 million (18 months) accordingly.

NOMOS-BANK was TOP-14 bank in terms of assets as of the end of Q3 2008 in the “Interfax—100” ranking published by “Interfax-CEA”.
