Nomos-Bank to commence placement of 5 bln rubles in bonds on June 20

Nomos-Bank started placement of its ninth series bond issue worth five billion rubles on June 20,the bank said in a June 11 statement.

The Central Bank at the end of January registered ninth and tenth bond issues by Nomos-Bank totaling 5 billion rubles each with maturity of five years for public placement on the MICEX Stock Exchange.

Yield on the first coupon of the 5 billion rubles in ninth-series bonds being placed by Nomos-Bank was set at 9.75% annually at the June 20 auction on the MICEX Stock Exchange,the bank said.

Yield guidance was 9.5%-9.75%.

The bank’s seventh and eighth issues,combined volume 6 billion rubles,are currently outstanding.

Nomos-Bank was 14th in the Interfax—100 ranking of Russia’s biggest banks by assets at the end of the first quarter of 2008.
