Nomos-Bank could offer 5 bln rubles in bonds in June source

Russia’s Nomos-Bank is thinking of offering 5 billion rubles in bonds in the second half of June,a source in banking circles told Interfax on June 9.

Another source said the bonds could have an early redemption offer after one year and that guidance on the first coupon ranges from 9.5%-9.75%.

The Central Bank at the end of January registered ninth and tenth bond issues by Nomos-Bank totaling 5 billion rubles each with maturity of five years for public placement on the MICEX Stock Exchange.

The bank’s seventh and eighth issues,combined volume 6 billion rubles,are currently outstanding.

Nomos-Bank was 14th in the Interfax—100 ranking of Russia’s biggest banks by assets at the end of the first quarter of 2008.
