NOMOS-Banks places 09-series bonds worth RUR5bn at 9.75%

NOMOS-Banks placed 09-series bonds worth RUR5bn on June 20. The issue was placed through public offering on the MICEX in full. The 1st coupon rate was set at 9.75% p.a. The rate suggested in bids range from 9.30% to 9.75%. Coupon 2 equals coupon 1. Coupons 3—10 will be set by the issuer. The buyback option is scheduled for June 24, 2009. Yield to buyback is 9.99% p.a.

NOMOS-Bank opened a credit line worth $56 million for AKM Logistics, a subsidiary of Venture Investments & Yield Management LLP, for construction of the A-class storage facilities in the town of Shushary
