Kirovsky Plant bought back 65%

Kirovsky Plant bought back 65% of the first issue of bonds released in the volume of 1.5bn rub., the company informed.

975474 bonds of 1ths rub. par were bought back all in all. The fourth coupon rate was set at 14.9% ann. This issue was registered in MAr. 2007 to cover 1.5mln pcs of 1ths rub. par and 3 years in the maturity. The stocks were placed on MICEX Mar. 28 2008. The arranger was Nomos Bank; guarantors — the subs of the Plant.

The Plant is a maker of agro tractors, road building machines and different equipment.

The major holders are private persons; DCC has 78.41% in the authorised ownership. The shaqre capital is worth 1.087ml rub. split in 10865340 common stocks of 0.1 rub. par.

The net profit (RAS) declined to 120.12mln rub. from 216.98mln rub. prior year; revenues being up to1.33bn rub. from 1.08bn rub. last year. The 2007-consolidated profit rose 1.6 fold to come to 826mln rub. from 511.9mln rub.; consolidated revenues being up 22% to 11.924bn rub.
