Nomos-Bank repays $185mln syndicated loan

Nomos-Bank has repaid the 2nd tranche of a $185mln syndicated loan. The 1st $91.75mln tranche was repaid on schedule on March 20, 2008. The loan was arranged by Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG, ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria (subsidiary of Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich), Standard Bank Plc and Societe Generale with 35 banks taking part in the facility.

Nomos-Bank intends to raise a new $100mln syndicated loan in October. The proceeds will be used for trade finance purposes, the Cbonds information agency reported.
